Research Use Only Disclaimer

Last updated: May 5, 2026

This page describes how KLOWLA supplies its products and the conditions under which they are sold. Please read carefully before placing an order.

For laboratory research use only

All products sold by KLOWLA are intended exclusively for laboratory research. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, not intended for diagnostic use, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. KLOWLA products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

By purchasing, you certify that

  • You are at least 21 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • You are purchasing as a qualified researcher or on behalf of a qualified research entity.
  • The materials supplied will be used solely for legitimate laboratory research and analytical purposes.
  • The materials will be handled appropriately under qualified laboratory conditions and stored according to the guidance recorded on the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis.
  • You will not use, redistribute, or supply KLOWLA products for human or animal consumption, for cosmetic application, for inclusion in food or supplements, or for any therapeutic, diagnostic, prophylactic, or preventative end-use.
  • You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the import, export, possession, handling, and disposal of research compounds in your jurisdiction.

Regulatory framework

KLOWLA is a chemical supplier. KLOWLA is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. KLOWLA is not an outsourcing facility as defined under section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. All products are sold for research, laboratory, or analytical purposes only.

“For laboratory research use only” labeling indicates the compound is supplied for scientific study under qualified laboratory conditions, not as a consumer product. The labeling reflects how the compound is sold and handled, not a claim about what it does.

No medical advice

KLOWLA does not provide medical advice. KLOWLA does not fulfill prescriptions. Nothing on klowla.com — including product descriptions, technical sheets, FAQs, editorial content, or marketing materials — is intended as medical, clinical, or therapeutic guidance, and nothing should be construed as a recommendation to administer or consume any compound.

If you have questions about a medical condition, consult a licensed medical professional.

Documentation

Every batch of every KLOWLA product is tested by an independent third-party laboratory. A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis is filed for each lot and made available in the COA Library. The lot number printed on the vial matches the COA filed for that batch — never a sample lot or a generic company-wide test.

The COA verifies the identity, purity, and batch documentation of the lot supplied. It does not constitute a guarantee of fitness for any specific application or end-use.

Acknowledgment

By placing an order with KLOWLA, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer in full and agree to use the materials only as described. KLOWLA reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order that appears inconsistent with the conditions on this page.
